  3. Generate and download You get one 2D floor plan image. Download it as PNG or JPG, then regenerate or change the style.

What people use it for

  • Plan a renovation before you move a wall. See a readable layout before you commit to a drawing set.
  • Make listing photos easier to read. Turn a messy agent photo or screenshot into a simple plan.
  • Test layout ideas for a rental. Try a room count and style without opening CAD.
  • Fit more desks into the same office. Start from a photo of the current floor and get a clean 2D plan.

What you get

This version returns one clean 2D floor plan image. Download it as PNG or JPG and use it as a starting sketch.

Wall editing, CAD or DXF files, PDF export, and a 3D walkthrough are not in this version. Room sizes are a visual estimate, not a measured survey.

FAQ

Is this AI floor plan generator free?
You can try it with the free credits on a Tyndall account. Extra generations use the same credit packs as the rest of the site.
Can I generate a floor plan from a photo or a hand sketch?
Yes. Upload a photo, sketch, or screenshot, or describe the rooms in text. The photo path is the default.
Can I edit the floor plan after it's generated?
Not in this version. You can regenerate, switch style, or upload another image. Moving walls in an editor comes later.
Can I export a PDF or DXF/CAD file?
No. The download is a PNG or JPG image.
Can I turn the floor plan into 3D?
No. This page only makes a flat 2D plan.
How accurate are AI-generated floor plans?
They are a visual draft. Wall lines and room labels can be wrong. Do not use the image for construction, permits, or a measured survey.
What if the walls or room sizes come out wrong?
Use Regenerate, Try another style, or the shortcuts for crooked walls, a missing door, or the wrong room count. A clearer photo or a shorter note usually helps.
Do you store the photos I upload?
Uploads are sent to generate the image and may be stored with your account so you can reopen the result. Do not upload plans you are not allowed to share.
